This tool is designed to measure progressive delivery performance of project work packages based on monthly cost, time, scope and risk outcomes as an alternative to conventional earned value analysis. You can choose a template that is optimized for OS or Windows (PC).
Our recent extension of i3d3 makes it capable of routinely recording cost, time, scope and risk progress to track monthly project delivery success (PDS). This method, called optimal procurement evaluation (OPe1), augments traditional earned value analysis with a single dynamic and objective measure of how project managers can progressively align procurement performance to PDS success criteria to: (a) deliver value to stakeholders, (b) optimize project efficiency, (c) increase delivery speed where needed, (d) introduce innovative ideas, (e) reduce unnecessary complications, and (f) minimize environmental impact.
Earned value is a technique that is used worldwide by over a million certified project managers. Tracking PDS with i3d3 provides even better advice and ensures that individual work packages are managed with overall success in mind.
We also have developed a companion to OPe1 that accumulates the monthly delivery performance of multiple work packages into a single project overview to ensure that ultimate success objectives are effectively managed. We call it OPe1 Combine. Up to 40 work packages can be integrated into a single view. It includes a practice-based performance assessment review (PAR) calculation of project manager competencies. Again, you can choose a template that is optimized for OS or Windows (PC).
An example of what these tools can produce is shown below. This is a hypothetical example of monthly progress for the concrete placement work package in a high-rise hotel.
